Use the same test method or observe each bearing from the same angle. Analyze decibel intensity and sound quality. If there is no substantial difference (less than 8 decibels), we can set it as the base decibel strength of each roller.
2). Set the basic line when adding lubricant: when adding lubricant, listen to the intensity of the sound, when the intensity of the sound decreases and then increases. At this time, don't add too much lubricant and set it as the base line.
3) Historical records: Observe the decibel strength of the cone rollers and friction rollers, record them every day, and then compare the recorded results for 30 days. If there is little or no change in decibel intensity (less than 8 decibels),
2.Set the observation schedule
For example, the criticality of equipment related to total output, environmental results, and operating results is the main factor in selecting and setting up an evaluation mechanical system. When the basic observation line is established, it is necessary to test once a month. For those high decibels to be lubricated, the frequency of detection should be more frequent, so that you can observe the changes that may occur. If a tapered roller or friction roller is in a state of destruction, the lubricant can only temporarily cover up the error. However, the decibel intensity will rise quickly to indicate the presence of errors. In some cases, this phenomenon manifests itself within minutes, while others take days.
3.Detection during lubrication
1). Calculate the dosage based on the guidance of the manufacturers of tapered rollers and friction rollers, and then inject the lubricant, not too much. This step is very subjective, has nothing to do with ultrasound, and it has never failed.
2) When the lubricant is injected, the lubrication technician should use ultrasonic instruments to detect the bearings. Slowly fill the oil until the decibel strength drops to the baseline.
3). If there is no basic line as a guide, the amount of lubricating oil should stop when the sound decreases and then rises. At this time, the technician should stop using the lubricant.
